Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, we require that you provide us with a video of the unboxing process to support your return request. Please email the unboxing video to skydeed.store@gmail.com along with your order details. This helps us assess the damage and expedite the replacement process for you.

Replacements

Once we receive your item and verify the damage through the provided video, we will initiate the replacement process. We will send you a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be covered by SkyDeed.com.
